This December we challenge you to challenge yourself!
Every day as of December 1st a new training session as if you had a coaching program with Guided Heroes and is published in the app. The activities are varied and will incorporate various sorts of training and can can be anything between 30-120min and the total duration of the whole calendar is 24Hours!.
Guided Heroes's Christmas Calendar 2024
As of December 1st you have 24 days of activity to look forward to. At midnight the activity of the next day is published and you will have 24 hours to complete the activity. The training session of the day is secret until the activity is published. Besides of how proud you will be at the end of the challenge there is of course a prize table waiting for you. Good luck!
